• We have membership retention of less than 60%.

• Some local HPT practitioners belong to ISPI international, but not the DFW chapter.

• Monthly meeting attendance varies greatly.

• Most members are generated in the north Dallas area. Las Colinas meetings show a significant drop in attendance unless we have a well-known speaker.

• Membership growth is approximately 10% annually.

• Few members become actively involved in the chapter.

• We don’t have a method for involving our members.

• Our chapter directory contains incomplete information.

Ideal State

• Our membership retention is at least 90%.

• All international members in the DFW area also belong to the local chapter.

• Monthly meetings average at least 50 attendees.

• ISPI DFW maintains consistent attendance, whether we meet in Las Colinas, north Dallas, or anywhere else in the metroplex.

• Membership growth is 30% annually.

• Many members become actively involved in the chapter.

• Our members have easy access to various forms of chapter involvement.

• The chapter membership directory is updated monthly with all pertinent membership information available.
