Current State

  • We use our website and an online newsletter as marketing tools.

  • We do not have a marketing plan.

  • We do not have established relationships in the educational community.

  • HPT is not widely known or understood in the DFW area.

  • George Pavelek provides HPT outreach on an ad hoc basis.

  • Corporations do not currently offer financial support to our chapter.

 

Ideal State

  • Our chapter has a strategic marketing plan to communicate an increase membership.

  • We have a continuous strategic marketing plan. Within that plan we address marketing to the community, corporations, and schools.

  • Local universities and colleges recommend ISPI DFW to students and the community.]

  • Businesses and organizations in the DFW area have a clear understanding of HPT and its uniqueness and how it can help them.

  • ISPI DFW has a corporate membership team whose focus is on educating local companies on HPT and our chapter.

  • ISPI DFW has strong corporate sponsorships.
