Chapter
Governance
The administration of the Chapter is entrusted to an all-volunteer
Board, who are elected by the membership. All terms of office run
from June 1st to May 31st. Board Members determine policies, create
procedures, and make decisions regarding the goals, objectives,
and activities of the Chapter. The Chapter Board also sets Chapter
fiscal policy, coordinates membership activities, and assures that
the Chapter achieves the organization's goals each year.
Chapter
Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meet monthly on the third Saturday of each
month to review various programs for which each officer is responsible.
ISPI DFW Monthly
Board Meetings are open to all chapter members.
